An entrepreneur since 2015 with her first company, Zeste entretien ménager, Mariline moved from the field to formulation in 2019 alongside expert chemists. Discovering black soap, she chose to master its raw material to create the first true Quebec black soap. Today, she is the guardian of the vision and brand image, and leads the development of an industrial soap factory built with demanding standards, patience, and heart.

An expert in management and structuring, Cynthia supports the company in its growth and scalability processes. She also contributes to innovation activities, ensuring that product development remains aligned with market realities and needs. She is also responsible for B2B customer support and field logistics, ensuring a smooth link between operations, partners, and concrete uses.

joany.

franchisee with our sister company Zeste Entretien Ménager, she now joins forces with us, bringing hands-on expertise. Working daily with the products, Joany knows how they react on different surfaces and has a fine understanding of their performance in real-world situations. At the heart of the soap factory, she participates in assembling recipes and is on the front line of the evolution of black soap production, directly contributing to the continuous improvement of formulations.
